The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a bright and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet still close to the main attractions. The staff, especially Maureen, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider selection.

It was like home. It had a great and excellent setting so close to all local attractions, country parks and local pubs, the hill, and the cafes and the gorgeous park on the Severn.

There was a bath in the private bathroom. Without doubt the location was magnificent and lovely in the middle of the city. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Rose Cottage, placed 15 minutes walk from the apartment...

Free parking, like finding gold! Patio was perfect for sipping wine. Towels provided, but with the abduction of the hand towel, the mystery remains unsolved.
No alien encounter to make my stay truly out of this world. How disappointing!

Loved having access to a patio so I can look pretentious while enjoying my tea. Free private parking, because who wants to spend a penny on parking fees? And the free WiFi allowed me to Instagram my posh adventure.
Oh, how exciting! Towels were available at this exclusive establishment.

Spacious Rooms: The apartment had two cozy bedrooms where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Matlock. It felt like we were nestled in a fluffy cloud, just like the plush pillows on the comfy beds.
Parking Concern: Although not a major issue, the parking situation was a bit tight. The allocated parking spaces were cramped, and we had an unnecessary exchange of words with someone insisting we move, even though we were in our assigned spot.

The apartment at 1 Coach House Mews is absolutely amazing! It's got everything you need for a comfortable stay - 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and even a washing machine for convenience. Plus, there's a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained. I felt right at home here as a guest with my family.
The only thing that didn't quite meet my personal preference was the lack of a toaster in the kitchen. But hey, that's just me.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location couldn't be better with free parking and just minutes away from the main street. The apartment is super spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly need, from a dryer to an electric kettle. The rooms are jaw-dropping, especially the master with its en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Maureen, the host, is so friendly and responsive, making our stay even better. This cozy coach house is tucked away on a quiet street, just a short walk from the bustling main street. With its central location, it's easy to explore the surrounding area on foot, by bus, or train. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area. The master bedroom even features an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Finding parking can be a bit challenging, especially for larger cars.

The apartment was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. It was tucked away on a quiet street, just a couple of minutes away from the main street, making it the perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. The host, Maureen, was lovely and communication was excellent.
The only issue we had was with the parking. There were only three tight spaces available and we received an unnecessary visit from someone telling us to move even though we were in our allocated spot.
